Extremely easy to rent unit online and complete all the steps making it a quick process from start to finish. 24 hour secure access is great in being able to access unit to take or retrieve items whenever needed, and having everything done via a phone app for access makes things a breeze. Units are up-to-date, clean, secure and building is well maintained and safe. Definitely would recommend this company.

I called this place last week, left a message, and never got a call back. I called at 1130 today and emphasized that I needed a call back today. Called around 4 because NO CALL BACK. I was perfectly polite to the women who answered the phone. I did tell them that if I didn't receive a call back today, that I would be letting everyone I know not to do business with you.
