Storelocal has a great selection of climate-controlled storage units that are clean and secure. Support staff are very helpful and friendly. With several facilities to choose from in our area, we can pick the one that's closest, or something already on our regular daily drive to save time. Multiple locations are handy for businesses that need several storage units for supplies used by different office locations, such as Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Everything is great except I'm not sure how to operate the elevator, I think a staff member has to be there for that? Had to carry a mattress and a couple dolly's worth of boxes up the stairs, elevator would've been easier.

Hard to use as in Iowa City diections to getting into the facility are aweful. Cant use front door, the units arevlook the same. No elevator but a lift only for heavy items. Not ADA compliant. Was told 1st month was free. I was charged anyway . Was NEVER told of a 30 day notice and who do you send the notice to? No one answers phones and when they do they hang up

Very nice storage units. The process of renting was very convenient. It's super helpful that they also have carts and other tools to make the moving experience go smoothly!

Great storage place! All automated via app which worked great and was easy to use/setup. The inside is a maze of units but they have maps all over the walls to help w navigation. Pull in large/tall garages to unload out of the weather if needed. Impressive!
