Why I'm being charged for a unit, if I moved out 10 days before ? You guys are affecting my credit . The girl at the front desk can't solve the situation, and she said I cant talk to a manager. I need someone to fix this or else I'm going to the police or the news
This was the worst experience renting I ever had. Half the lights outside were out for almost a year, along with the keypad back light. Lights inside the units were disconnected, 20ft deep unit needs light. You can be sure there will be a rate increase every year
I had my stuff here 18 months no issues whatsoever. Nice friendly staff 🥰
I've had a pleasant experience with Julia and Lilia they're both wonderful very helpful and I've never had any issues with the storage it's always been safe and I also want to mention that they are the best prices that you can find around the inland empire
Wish I'd rented here sooner. The units are clean and easily accessable even 2nd level units and great prices. Julia are Lilia are always very friendly and helpful.
