Even though I had problems processing the rental agreement online because the site did not recognize my ID yet my phone twice said "Thank You for Completing Your ID verification." I timed out waiting for that verification so I could sign. The local manager, Leah Berlim was excellent in completing the agreement with me and we will be ready to move in tomorrow!
These guys were absolutely amazing. They were able to get me in on a very short notice and I love that everything can be done online via phone and they are hands down the friendliest storage unit I’ve ever used and they are very inexpensive
