My storage unit got broken into, they wouldn’t even show me the security footage. Then not even a week later they raised my rent! Said they couldn’t make an exception even though I was robbed on their property. Which it seems to happen a lot because they knew how the robbers got in. Also they charged me for a whole month when I moved out even though I left on the 10th of the month with two weeks notice. 👎🏼
