After renting a unit online, I had to go into the office to complete the paperwork and Latesha was amazing to work with. She is not only professional, she is kind, helpful and personable. Also, the property is clean, easily accessible and a plus being open 24/7.
I just rented a unit here, I love the fact I have 24/7 Access to my unit. Latesha was awesome and very helpful with getting me set up. It's nice to see people working and enjoying what they do! Extremely helpful!
Latesha is the best! We had issues getting our unit unlocked and Latesha was beyond helpful. She tried everything she could to help. We decided to switch to a different unit that uses only a manual lock. She gave us a bigger unit for the same price. She was quick, efficient, friendly and professional.
From the moment I walked into the office, LaTeesha, the Manager was on her A game. She answered all of my questions & handled the process smoothly from start to finish. I just sat back and drank water from their mini fridge. The Property is clean and excellently maintained, as was my unit. Thank you LaTeesha!
