Keylock Storage was recommended by a friend, and it was an excellent recommendation. Every part of the experience from initial rental to vacating was a pleasure. The staff is fantastic, particularly Katy. She was always friendly and helpful and a large part of the wonderful experience. My unit was clean, secure, and climate-controlled as advertised. The technology and apps, combined with outstanding customer service, put Keylock Storage in the top tier with my highest recommendation.

Just moved to Coeur d Alene. Finding storage at the right size, location and price was a challenge. Finally had the good luck of contacting Katy, the manager of the Government Way Keylock. She took me under her wing, cut through the red tape, and made sure everything was set for me. The facility is clean, secure, temperature controlled and very affordable. Thanks Katy and Keylock.
