Having just made a cross country move and in need of a unit to store the contents of a 4 bedroom house, we interviewed several facilities. That is until we met Eva at Storelocal. She went above and beyond our expectations to set us up with the perfect unit! The facility is very clean and secure. Our experience at the Store Local lot has been great. Eva has helped us by finding an easier space to access. With our trailer, backing in and pulling out could be difficult depending on adjacent RVs.
Rented with Storelocal Richland and had a great experience, renting, closing, switching to a storage parking spot. Eva helped me with all of it over the phone. I feel like the space is secure and they are so easy to work with!
Found this place to be very good. Stored my boat there for several months never had any issues with it being secured. Access worked flawlessly and it was extremely easy to set up the account online and had an autopay so no concerns on timing of payments. I would highly recommend this storage facility if you want a clean and secure place to store anything
