I had moved in a unit a couple weeks ago and there was complications at the other location but i called and Eva fixed it and was so professional! Highly recommend this place!!
I’m so disappointed my unit went from $54 to $114 this is definitely price gouging and I plan on moving. Each unit I’ve rented in the past would go up by $20-25 but $60 over in one month is ridiculous!!!
After properly giving notice of vacancy, store local keeps charging my card month after month. Phone calls go to corporate call center where they don't have the authority to remove auto pay and they do not respond to email. I am having to place fraudulent claims with my bank. Very dishonest place, stay away.
