After properly giving notice of vacancy, store local keeps charging my card month after month. Phone calls go to corporate call center where they don't have the authority to remove auto pay and they do not respond to email. I am having to place fraudulent claims with my bank. Very dishonest place, stay away.

I have rented here for almost one year, and the facility is safe, accessible and well located. As others have pointed out, Lisa is not only the backbone of this facility, but her customer service skills are top notch. I highly recommend this storage facility.
