Loved the on hand staff member Mrs.April. She was there by demand of another customer who was a no show yet she saved my time and day of not having to use a machine (no offense) b/c she in fact was being helpful. Yet having that personal touch beats any other customers service features. Thanks,
Normally, I would rate them as a five star business, but I haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Are Brandy & April still there? That’s not like them. They have always been so helpful & dependable!
I tried to set up storage arrangements online but I was not sure of the size unit I needed so I went to the Public Storage Facility in Greer to check it out. I met Brandy the Representative and also the District Manager at Public Storage at the Greer SC location. These are two of the nicest and engaging people I have met hands down since my move. They made rhe process very simple and plesant. Thanks guys.
