We have had multiple storage units at this facility for years. We never had an issue at all before it got bought out by Public Storage. I downsized 2 of my units to 1 and they have raised the price every month since we have had it since June. It has gone up $84.00, this is insane. The gate is broken more than it works so it is not super secure and always open. Sometimes it is broken half way up and you can’t even get in. Brandy did a great job on my move in and move out, the process was quick, clean and smooth….
DO NOT rent from this place!! I rented 2 units SAME size but for some reason they decided to double my rent on (1) unit saying it’s due to demand for those units and they can change it at their own discretion per contract! but yet they had several available to rent on their website 🤔. This continued for 5 months and would not fix it. They know it’s hard to move and inconvenient so it’s puts the customer in a bad situation.
