Normally, I would rate them as a five star business, but I haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Are Brandy & April still there? That’s not like them. They have always been so helpful & dependable!
I tried to set up storage arrangements online but I was not sure of the size unit I needed so I went to the Public Storage Facility in Greer to check it out. I met Brandy the Representative and also the District Manager at Public Storage at the Greer SC location. These are two of the nicest and engaging people I have met hands down since my move. They made rhe process very simple and plesant. Thanks guys.

We have had a storage unit at this location for some time now and have been pleased with the maintenance and security of the facility. We recently needed to get a larger storage unit for some additional household items we needed to store. Randy had one available close to our old unit. He was able to accomplish the transfer in the system over the phone rather quickly. He also assisted us with gaining access when we arrived and were having difficulty initially with our phone application and the new unit. Great service.
