I want to start by saying that I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my experience. The organization of the storage facility and its cooling system are impressive. When I first purchased my storage space, I encountered an issue accessing the building after hours. Lea was amazing. She got me set up with what I needed. She answered all my questions. The location is perfect. The storage place is very clean.
Customer service was top tier and efficient! Facility is clean and well kept! I highly advise for first choice of storage!
Had a walkthrough and was shown the size unit I was interested in. Attendant on duty was very respectful and shows what customer service looks like. Very helpful and unit and facility was nice and clean.
I was told a day prior that someone would be there to assist me in renting a unit when I arrive with my U-Haul. After several unanswered phone calls and waiting outside their front door, I was forced to search for another storage unit in the area.
