Excellent storage facility! The employees here truly go above and beyond—they’re friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. The units and grounds are clean, well-kept, and feel very secure. I’ve had a great experience from start to finish and highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.
Store local is a new facility in a convenient location. It is climate controlled, spacious, and clean. Lea is the office manager and she provides outstanding customer service; she is professional and knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help with any issues. As she is only available 3 days per week, it would be ideal if she were in the office all week. Also, it would help to have more carts for moving larger items like furniture. Thank you StoreLocal.
Went into this facility today and was helped by Lea. She was friendly and very helpful. She answered all my questions, and took the time to show me the unit to make sure it was in fact the size I needed. Her customer service was 10/10. I would definitely recommend this business to others, not only because of her customer service but also for the facility being clean and well maintained.
Lea assisted me with a lease on a storage unit. She was quite professional & organized in her approach. Also, I was given a brief tour & shown the exact unit I'd be leasing. Rented unit today. Went in person to verify everything and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. Told me about the facility and other useful information. She even gave a goodie bag for being a new customer. A great experience.
