Never moved in. Went and looked at the unit didn’t think what I was storing would be kept in the same condition. Canceled the unit and was told to take a picture of the unit and no lock on the door so I had to drive back to the facility and take picture only to have you charge me again. Terrible customer service and now I’ve paid 2 months rent and spent 2 trips on a unit I never put anything in. Would never recommend or store here again
