The manager, Maggie, Martinez, and Amanda are the absolute best! They go above and beyond customer service! Maggie is incredibly helpful, kind and always has a smile on her face! The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very well secured. I will always refer people to the Cibolo website location!
Called on 6/10/2021 to inquire about a 10x10 storage unit availability. The gentleman on the other end of the line sounded extremely annoyed and answered with “all I can tell ya is I got a waiting list for everything!.” Didn’t bother to let me know an approximate available date. Didn’t bother to recommend another location. When I thanked him for his time, he just hung up. I had a storage here for a year or two. And my mom had one when I was a child. The people that work here are amazing. They work with you and are so kind. If I ever needed a storage again I will definitely be going here!
Been keeping my stuff here for 13 years. It's clean and safe, and the Manager (Terry) is helpful and friendly.
