Since new ownership, I have tried to reach someone in the office by both email and phone numerous times, with no response. The vmail message was for another storage facility all together and I had no idea who was getting the information, which was extremely infuriating when I couldn't get signed up for the new ownerships payment app. I didn't want to lose my unit, nor its possessions. When we moved to Ankeny in April of 2024, we drove by AAA Storage several times trying to decide if we needed a storage unit before stopping in. They had a special rate for new customers and nice sized storage units for the price that sold us. AAA is secure, clean, staff was friendly, and this site met our needs.
