Since new ownership, I have tried to reach someone in the office by both email and phone numerous times, with no response. The vmail message was for another storage facility all together and I had no idea who was getting the information, which was extremely infuriating when I couldn't get signed up for the new ownerships payment app. I didn't want to lose my unit, nor its possessions. The price and location seemed great at first, but I quickly learned that you get what you pay for. The doors are frequently out of order. My biggest problem is that I keep supplies for a small business in my unit. When I needed them most the doors were not working and there was no one available to help.
