We have been customers since 2021 - since then our monthly rate has doubled, most of it with the new ownership in the last few months. Without any written notification my rate and new fees increased $150/month. We just moved our stuff out. Plus side: great facility, technology tools make it easy to access. Heated indoor loading area. Down side (and this is probably any storage company) is that rates and fees arbitrarily and significantly increase without any communication.

Love AAA! It's completely worth it to store your items at AAA in wdm. It's clean, safe, and climate controlled. Although there's tons of rented units, I've always been able to get a parking spot and plenty of carts to use. I'd use these guys again over the outdoor storage facilities any day. You can access at any time, rain, snow, or if its hot outside. Perfect place!!

Great experience at AAA storage. No issues while I had the unit. Staff friendly and helpful and entry always worked whenever I needed to access the unit. Drive right in to the building for loading and unloading is a plus as well.
