Chris in your front office (here in Oakdale) was courteous, professional and super helpful. While out, driving by storage locations, I could see how clean your facility appeared and the location looked safe. I called immediately after, and spoke to a main call center representative, who was very nice and cheerful and we made our decision before we hung up the phone.
