Do not rent here!!! 80% of my items were stolen, they do not have a secure facility, no one comes to check on the units. Gate stays open freely for anyone to have access to the units. There are multiple units that have been broken into and no one has came to check on them!! Homeless people crowd around this place. Do not waste your money!!! Copper safe took over this storage unit and has done a horrible job! They even called me to try to get me to take my review down! The photo in my review is another broken-in unit!
I have a storage unit for my son who is attending college. The process and communication has been easy and professional from the beginning. Any time I’ve had questions, they were quick to answer and staff is very friendly. I would recommend!
Clean unit and the managers and staff were always friendly and helpful! Very easy to get in and out of the property and could pull right up to the unit. Will definitely use them again if needed!!
Simple Storage is located in a convenient location and is easily accessible. The weekend hours of availability are convenient, too. I'd recommend this storage facility for its convenience, accessibility and safety.
i would have given it less if i could’ve. from the beginning i had issues, all communication was done via phone and there was so much miscommunication. i needed a unit to store my furniture in and when i came back in august my TV was gone along with other things. the lock i had bought for the unit was gone and replaced ( i was never notified, even though they swore up and down they did). service was terrible, the property manager did not careless of my situation and was willing to make me wait three days for a maintenance gu... read more
