Unit has been great but today got a battery to low to open door notification. Can't access the unit and no onsite property manager to fix. Before today 5 star but if I got a notification how did the property manager not get one and fix it. Edit. On call person changed battery in 10 minutes. It was 9 am on a Monday so not sure how things would go at 2am but fixed none the less.

Storelocal has a great selection of climate-controlled storage units that are clean and secure. Support staff are very helpful and friendly. With several facilities to choose from in our area, we can pick the one that's closest, or something already on our regular daily drive to save time. Multiple locations are handy for businesses that need several storage units for supplies used by different office locations, such as Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. We used Storelocal Iowa City. Very efficient, clean and secure storage. Easy to access your storage and lock your unit with the app. Large pallets available for use. It’s a big place and a bit of a maze. We only had to make two trips back and forth so not a big deal for us. Our space was on the ground floor. Big garage door you can back a vehicle into to unload. They are very responsive to emails if you have questions about anything.

"I've had multiple storage units over the years, StoreLocal in Iowa City is by far the best! The facility is impeccably maintained, and the drive-in access with an elevator ensures that weather is never an issue. Plus, it's open 24/7, and the management is always available to assist with answering question alway polite and respectful. Highly recommend it!"

Extremely easy to rent unit online and complete all the steps making it a quick process from start to finish. 24 hour secure access is great in being able to access unit to take or retrieve items whenever needed, and having everything done via a phone app for access makes things a breeze. Units are up-to-date, clean, secure and building is well maintained and safe. Definitely would recommend this company.
