This facility is AWESOME. Love the tech and ease of use. And the rental process was super simple.
David Pollick was amazing at helping me with my needs… highly recommend them when you can get them on the phone… lol I’m just impatient but overall a good experience
EDIT: I have called you now 5 times today and 10 times yesterday and 14 times the day before. Pick up the phone! I called last month give my notice and said i would be out by the 1st but was never given access to my actual unit to get my stuff out once new management took over. I was told that the Noke people messed up and during this time that they are fixing it, but i still dont have access. I have called incessantly and only got ahold of someone once. This place will not call you back. I have called multiple times, emailed, and text messaged with no response. I can’t access the storage facility or set up an account online. I never had issues until Storelocal bought it. Do not rent from this place.
