Our Staff Person is great. She's been at this location 4 years, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Also it's very well kept facility !
So far, a great experience! Access to storage unit is from 5 AM thru 8 PM. The friendly staff made the check-in a breeze. Brand new means, super clean.
Two months in and I'm still happy with the place however I feel the local manager lacks the authority needed to effectively manage the place. I'm still waiting for a refund on my first months payment (over charged) and it seems everything has to be passed to "his boss" or "the billing team". New facility with large covered spaces with plenty of of room to maneuver large rigs. The manager, Mike, was very helpful and great to work with. I had a great experience renting a storage unit from StoreMore! The pricing was very competitive, the facility, including both the office and the units, was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The customer service was outstanding— both on the phone and in person. Mike was friendly, professional, and eager to help. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant storage solution!
