⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience with StoreMore Self Storage in Mesquite! We stopped by on a Saturday morning to look at and price a small storage unit. Michael couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, or accommodating. Even though their internet service was down at the time, he took the time to show us a unit and answered all of our questions. Easy phone call to reserve a space. Once I arrived, Michael was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and kind. The facility is clean, well kept, and secure. Couldn’t be happier about leaving my sweet little motorhome in this shady secure spot!
This site is only a couple years old and is clean and well maintained with plenty of room to maneuver trailers and such into their bay. I really like the site security tied to individual units! The staff is super friendly and helpful, one of the nicest storage facilities I have used.
Getting the unit was easy and painless online on a Sunday. Service was great. We went in on Monday and finalized the rent, accessed the unit and got the lock all set up. The on-site person was very helpful and met us at the unit to ensure we knew where it was and the quickest access point. 10/10
We've had an inside unit for six months. Last week, we rented one of the small vehicle spots out against the parking lot wall. Excellent experience with Michael and staff at all times, and the interior and RV spots are always spotless. Especially like that if you ask, they willingly help you figure out how to reduce the cost!
