I had planned on leaving my Tacoma here for about 6 months. But as you know, plans change and after two months I needed to have my truck shipped to the lower 48 and we were out of the country. I asked the owner if he’d be able to help me out and he went above and beyond what I would have expected! The space is climate controlled and kept clean. The owner is easy to work with. Overall great experience
I’ve been renting with Storio since 2020, and have moved within the facility three times to adapt to what space was needed for extra household goods. Dana, the site manager has shown exemplary professionalism and customer service during this entire time! Dana (the manager) is so nice and helpful, easy to talk to if you have any questions. I am currently renting a storage from him this is my second time. Their Storage is clean, and they have those equipment to help you move all your stuff into your unit storage, the Storages are so clean and no bad smell. I like how you have a pin to enter the building, so definitely only you and others who rent can only enter. They Also have a car storage!! I will definitely recommend Storio!
We used Storio to store our belongings while my husband has been deployed for quite some time. Dana is always a great help with any questions or concerns. He gets back to you in a timely manner. The storage units are clean, and the building itself was very secure. Thank you for all your help Dana! 10/10-would recommend.
