I had planned on leaving my Tacoma here for about 6 months. But as you know, plans change and after two months I needed to have my truck shipped to the lower 48 and we were out of the country. I asked the owner if he’d be able to help me out and he went above and beyond what I would have expected! I’ve been renting with Storio since 2020, and have moved within the facility three times to adapt to what space was needed for extra household goods. Dana, the site manager has shown exemplary professionalism and customer service during this entire time! He’s been patient with me personally, seems ever-present on-site, and quickly responsive to all questions that I’ve had. Our business has been utilizing Storio Self Storage for several years now. As we have grown Storio has been able to accommodate our needs at every turn, listening to our requests and concerns and promptly providing solutions. Our supplies are very secure and the heated storage has been a lifer saver!
Dana (the manager) is so nice and helpful, easy to talk to if you have any questions. I am currently renting a storage from him this is my second time. Their Storage is clean, and they have those equipment to help you move all your stuff into your unit storage, the Storages are so clean and no bad smell. I like how you have a pin to enter the building, so definitely only you and others who rent can only enter. They Also have a car storage!! I will definitely recommend Storio!
So far this is the best storage I have ever experienced with all the other storage are just jokes they steal your money Also the best thing about this storage Storio you can do everything online don't have to meet anybody in person everything done online plus they have auto pay if you like me the days go by so fast I forget to pay and then I got a late payment fee so auto pay helps me a lot so I have no late fees. Oh also there indoor storage.
