I'm a customer with Stormville Oil for about 10 years. BUT their oil quality has recently degraded. In Oct I had the tank filled --with added superheat. Two months later, ONE NIGHT of below freezing temperature and my furnace went out - oil had gelled. Oil gelling is directly related to the amount of impurities. I bought sludge.
I've been a long time customer of Stormville Oil and they *were* great. One of the few companies I would never have switched away from. Service in all phases of the company were amazing. That being said. In September of 2023 they were sold to Bottini. No notice went out and customers weren't notified of changes in service. This company is a pleasure to do business with. Ann Marie is a miracle worker, the company responds to issues very quickly, and the service people that they have sent out to my home have been unfailingly polite and resolved my issues quickly and expertly. They also make sure to come out and top of my oil tank before any big storm that's predicted so that we won't be left with no heat in case the roads are impassable. As my 85-year-old mother lives with me, this thoughtful touch means a great deal
As a new customer I feel right at home with Stormville oil. Lightening fast response time, easy account setup, and friendly and personable staff. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Wonderful family run business. I was a Sclafani customer for years and after they merged with Burke I decided it was time for a change. I could not be happier.
Our furnace started acting up and We needed someone to come take a look at it . It was making an awful grumble when it first fired . This morning it shook the whole house when it fired . Not having a contract with anyone and not knowing anyone , I figured I'd call a local company. Since I live in Stormville , I figured "Why Not" .
