Renting a space online was quick, easy and user friendly. Someone had placed or left a lock on the door so I had to call for assistance. Chad showed up in less than five minutes and had it resolved quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.
This is a first-class storage company with spectacularly clean lockers. The staff is friendly and responsive. I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong storing your valuable items here.
UPDATE 10/5/24 : They raised rent for no apparent reason to my unit, seemingly like the other storage company I just left. I fear that prices will continue to rise with generic responses to be given on why they do it. Currently I reported the fact that none of the access doors actually lock and can be opened with the pull of a handle in which I was told they were aware of the problem but couldn't find a good solution to fix it so it was being left as-is for now. I was very impressed with the services I received from the Storology Storage on Grande. Anthony and Angel went above and beyond to accomodate all my needs. Even answered the phone after hours for me. I would recommend for a reliable and safe storage unit. Excellent customer service is a bonus!
