Both Chad and Anthony were exceptional in their services. Chad was very friendly & courteous and took the time to show me different units so I could decide best one for me. Anthony also very friendly & courteous and was patient when he walked me through the application process, took my payment information and setting up the Nokia app on my phone. Both are good examples of excellent customer service!!
Every summer we rent from Storology Storage to keep my daughter’s stuff while she’s home from UTT for the summer. It’s a very secure, nice place. We rent the 5x10 unit that’s climate controlled and it’s perfect size for all her things. I highly recommend!! Their customer service is top notch. Angel was amazing, got everything set up over the phone in about 10 minutes.
