Both Chad and Anthony were exceptional in their services. Chad was very friendly & courteous and took the time to show me different units so I could decide best one for me. Anthony also very friendly & courteous and was patient when he walked me through the application process, took my payment information and setting up the Nokia app on my phone. Both are good examples of excellent customer service!!
Every summer we rent from Storology Storage to keep my daughter’s stuff while she’s home from UTT for the summer. It’s a very secure, nice place. We rent the 5x10 unit that’s climate controlled and it’s perfect size for all her things. I highly recommend!! Their customer service is top notch. Angel was amazing, got everything set up over the phone in about 10 minutes.
On a late Friday afternoon I arrived at Storology from out of town to rent a storage unit for an upcoming move. No one was on site, but Chad came immediately when called and showed me around and answered my questions. When there was a glitch in the online reservation software, he made a call to Angel who guided me through the process seamlessly. Thanks to Chad for going above and beyond to help me transact my unit rental. The unit is new and sparkling clean.
They were able to accommodate me quickly as I needed a unit to put my couch in. Was able to get it the same night and leave my stuff there. Thank you Chad for calling me back even after hours and thank you Anthony for getting me hooked up with the unit and your professionalism.
