The manager was EXTREMELY helpful and professional. I was able to secure a unit and he answered any questions or concerns I had assuredly and was just an overall great experience. Will highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a unit and will be my first choice for any future storage needs I may have!
The customer service at the facilities were great. Chad walked me through the units to see which size I needed and Anthony the manager came through and closed the deal. Anthony was professional and was efficient with information about the facility and easy instructions on how to gain access. Not to mention they have nice promotions right now. This company is top notch and the facilities are clean. I would recommend them for your storage needs.
Chad is on point with anything I needed upon arrival, Helped direct me while I was maneuvering the truck he made sure the unit was clean he even recommended a fantastic BBQ restaurant. I have not ever had personal assistance with moving or storage like I had at the Tyler's 110 storage, very assuring! There should be a Mr. Chad for all business services. Thank you Chad and storology for making my move so much easier for me and my family
Anthony, the store manager, helped walk through the entire process of renting my storage unit & he also took care of me in a timely, yet efficient manner. As a first time renter for a storage unit, he made me feel comfortable with my purchase & also renting from them in the future if I need to rent again.
I called Storology and left a message stating I was looking to rent a storage unit. Angel contacted me shortly after. He was kind, attentive, and assisted me with selecting the appropriate storage unit. I am looking forward to safely storing my things at Storology. Also, I like that they have a special going on as well. I think the app is pretty cool too.
