I live in 2 different states and have 3 storage units total. When I was changing storage locations in Nashville, James worked with me and I was thoroughly impressed. He recommended a unit I didn't think would work for me...and it did! He was friendly, courteous and professional and my move-in was flawless. Justin Wilson is an excellent property manager. Awhile back, I asked him to contact me in a few months, and he did exactly that - literally the same day I was going to call him to follow up. Great customer service at the 1615 Charlotte location. This is our 2nd time renting here. First time (last year) was excellent as well.
Hands down the best customer service and experience through the process of getting a storage unit. Justin went over and above to help accommodate me. Would highly recommend StorPlace for your storage needs.
Customer service , accessibility, safety , storage. All of the above are reasons to use this storage facility . I used to live up the street and put my entire apartment in storage in 2020. What was meant to be a couple of months turned into 4 years . I moved up north and then down south . I never had the chance to go collect my stuff and wasn’t sure what to do with it .
