Staff was a dream to work with when we needed to cancel our office storage unit rental! Justin made it super easy, answered all my questions, recommended a wonderful junk removal company, and always had a warm smile and tone each time we talked. Will not hesitate to use this company again if I ever need it for personal use. Five stars all around!

Everyone here is amazing. Very nice, kind, friendly, and helpful. Easy access to get in, and very easy set up. No hassle and no hidden fees. Very clean and easy storage. Would highly recommend and would personally use again.

I recently rented a storage unit from Stor Place Storage, in Nashville. Justin the property manager is AWESOME!!! I recently relocated to Nashville and our moving company had scheduled a date for delivery the Monday after the ice storm that just passed. Justin worked with me to ensure my storage was ready and open when I arrived. I appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and customer service. All are UMATCHED!!!

Justin, the gentleman at the desk, was incredibly kind and helpful. It was nice to have someone like him help me. Moving is stressful and a kind gesture goes a long way. Good on StorPlace for hiring him!
