Staff was a dream to work with when we needed to cancel our office storage unit rental! Justin made it super easy, answered all my questions, recommended a wonderful junk removal company, and always had a warm smile and tone each time we talked. Will not hesitate to use this company again if I ever need it for personal use. Five stars all around!
Everyone here is amazing. Very nice, kind, friendly, and helpful. Easy access to get in, and very easy set up. No hassle and no hidden fees. Very clean and easy storage. Would highly recommend and would personally use again.
Marketta did an amazing job helping us. This facility is centrally located to service nashville. They were a huge help in us relocating to Nashville. Facility has a clean bathroom as well as dolly and carts to assist. A dumpster on site for trash as well. It has a secure gate with code access and you can drive all they way around the Facility plenty of maneuverability for larger trucks we had 26ft Penske.
I cannot say enough great things about Ms. Marketta and my experience at StorPlace. From the moment I walked in, she took care of me like family. She was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled. Moving and storage can be stressful, but she made the entire process effortless. Justin the mgr at this location used every sleazy trick in the book. Their website quotes a deceptively low price that is actually a short promo. In actuality, their prices are 30% higher than Extra Space. He never reviewed the non-promotional price with me on the phone, nor with my college-age daughter when she signed the docs. He upsold her insurance she didn’t ask for. He charged a 1x admin fee.
