Justin Wilson is an excellent property manager. Awhile back, I asked him to contact me in a few months, and he did exactly that - literally the same day I was going to call him to follow up. Great customer service at the 1615 Charlotte location. This is our 2nd time renting here. First time (last year) was excellent as well.
Love this Storplace location & staff! The staff are always friendly & very eager to help with anything you may need. The grounds are kept clean from the storage buildings to the parking lot & the onsite bathroom. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area!
It has been a great experience using StorPlace Self Storage Midtown. I’ve had it for many years. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. They are awesome!
I live in 2 different states and have 3 storage units total. When I was changing storage locations in Nashville, James worked with me and I was thoroughly impressed. He recommended a unit I didn't think would work for me...and it did! He was friendly, courteous and professional and my move-in was flawless.
