Online application was super easy and then I was contacted by the office immediately to review the rental terms and answer any questions I had. The unit was ready immediately. I stopped in the office the first time I went over and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even walked me to my unit to make sure everything was to my liking. Would highly recommend and trust them.
We just rented a storage unit at StorPlace in Franklin, TN what a great experience that was. We needed storage for contents from a closed business but weren’t sure what size we needed. My go to storage facility for my personal and business needs. One of the cleanest facilities that I have been in, bar none. Mike and Jesse make renting a breeze. Highly recommend this location if you're in need of storage!

This is my second time renting a unit for work! Mike and his team are top notch and help anyway they can! I appreciate all they do! And the facility is kept clean and tidy and they take care of all the properties and make sure belongings are safe and secure.
