Online application was super easy and then I was contacted by the office immediately to review the rental terms and answer any questions I had. The unit was ready immediately. I stopped in the office the first time I went over and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even walked me to my unit to make sure everything was to my liking. Would highly recommend and trust them.
We just rented a storage unit at StorPlace in Franklin, TN what a great experience that was. We needed storage for contents from a closed business but weren’t sure what size we needed. This is my second time renting a unit for work! Mike and his team are top notch and help anyway they can! I appreciate all they do! And the facility is kept clean and tidy and they take care of all the properties and make sure belongings are safe and secure. They also get to know you because they are out walking the property and monitoring! Well done!
Jesse showed me a 10x 15 ft. storage unit that is climatized, and was very helpful and pleasant in getting the paperwork done. The price was better than the unit I had used for my furniture last year.
We have been using StorPlace for 20 years, and we love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they have never made a mistake on our account for the entire duration of our business with them.
