Kylie is so so helpful! My husband and I made a move back home to TN from Florida, so we had my mom check out the unit in person. We saw the unit over FaceTime and Kylie was so helpful! We arrived and not only is the facility clean and smells nice, but the unit was open, lock and keys waiting inside already cut open so we didn’t have to struggle with it. I just rented a 10x15 climate-controlled unit for inventory storage for my small business, and I have to say that I am VERY impressed with the staff and the facility! Kylie did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, and gave me a tour of the actual unit I would be renting.
