Lucy is very friendly and made it easy to change to a larger space. Prices are competitive. A little disappointed they made me buy a new lock I didn't need, but I'll sell it on FB or something. It was a one time cost offset by a move-in special promotion, so basically a wash. The security seems solid and both units I've used here were basically clean upon move in.
Love this place! Lucy attended me and was so kind. She broke down the lease agreement, helped me choose the best storage for me, and got me settled in quick. I would recommend Lucy to anyone who is looking for a storage unit!
It’s not enough stars on google for Ms.Lucy! She is amazing, I got off work late close to her closing time, and I’m talking to her on the phone driving to her location as she’s walking me through getting a storage online. I pulled up to her location at 5:29 she closes at 5:30! She did not have an attitude she was VERY nice, and kind! We even had a small conversation while she was multitasking helping me with my paperwork. I will answer the self storage and they were wonderful Tamara helped me as best she could and she did a wonderful job to the point where even though she was really busy she took good care of me she even showed me where my unit was due to the extreme heat outside she was wonderful she deserves a raise for her service her resilience herself professional ways that she took professional care of me so please I'm giving you this review for Tamara for her efforts to take really good care of her customers thank you
I just love Miss Lucy. She has just been a sweetheart and she’s always so kind to me when I come in thank you guys so much for being my storage place.
