Stephen’s customer service was AMAZING! I came about 30 minutes before closing and he welcomed me with open arms! He answered every question I had with ease and reassured me when I was unsure of what unit to decide on! I appreciate his demeanor and expertise. You all need more staff like Stephen! The facility was safe, clean and the location was great. The staff has been very helpful over the past several years. At this time I don’t need my storage unit but when I do, I will not hesitate to return to StorPlace again!
I really love the storage it was nice and clean..and Mat was very nice and very professional at the customer service desk…I will recommend my friends and family to get a storage unit with them..thank you so much Mat 😊
Was with them for 7 years! Great folks to work with. I used the outdoor units for maximum access to my stuff. Using weathertight containers, my stuff was well kept from the elements for the duration. If I weren’t moving I would probably still be in that unit. Oh and the price stayed pretty consistent over the duration of my time. I was not up-charged annually. Great ceiling height in those outdoor units- great for folks with shelving.
Always pleased with the cleanliness of the grounds, buildings and bathroom on site. Josh always does a wonderful job making sure his customers are taken care of and any questions or concerns are addressed! Very kind & respectful gentleman to deal with! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for safe & secure storage in the area!
