I’ve never rented a storage space before but Ian and Josh made signing up a fun experience. They were so helpful, informative and patient. I am also impressed by how clean the facility is, and how easy access is to my unit on the second floor. I would highly recommend Storplace!
The facility was safe, clean and the location was great. The staff has been very helpful over the past several years. At this time I don’t need my storage unit but when I do, I will not hesitate to return to StorPlace again!
Stephen’s customer service was AMAZING! I came about 30 minutes before closing and he welcomed me with open arms! He answered every question I had with ease and reassured me when I was unsure of what unit to decide on! I appreciate his demeanor and expertise. You all need more staff like Stephen! If you see this Stephen, keep up the great work! Thanks again!
