I was pleased with the set up One challenge I had was locating the storage unit because the address wasn't clear and the office team wasn't able to assist in locating it. I was 3 hours behind schedule because of it
Nice size, customer service outstanding! We had difficulty opening unit. Within 15 minutes someone was there to help. When lost and looking for the facility a rep directed us and stayed on the phone until we got there. Great customer service!
