Abraham with their finance team was so polite, respectful and helpful person. He resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. As for who we dealt with signing up and keeping track of the payments etc. I believe that was a Michelle. Not so helpful and they raised the rent ever 6 months. Would not recommend StorSafe. Abraham was extremely helpful after StoreSafe kept billing us every we left 2 months go which there were aware of.
I have nothing positive to say about this place. I unfortunately rented a parking space here for roughly a year. 1. Nothing is maintained. The parking area lot is in shambles (pavement is falling apart). The gate also doesn’t open half of the time. 2. They will increase the price by about 40% after about six months of renting. They claimed this was due to “ the promotional price period ending”, none of that was explained during sign-up, nor was it explained on the website. We have had nothing but problems for the 4 months we have been storing here. First, there were roaches coming out of a until down from ours. Then our until was broken into and they refused to give us the security footage from in front of our unit. Now, I got a notice today they are increasing our rent $100/month when we have only been there 4 months. PLEASE BE AWARE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Huntley south is scamming ppl. On their website they advertise 5x10 unit for $49 with half off for three months but charge clients who have been renting for several years 87 per month .this is horrible business practices. Please give me contact info for higher authority to get an explanation for such shady business practices
I walked into a lobby which only contained 2 tablets and a large monitor on the wall. After a few minutes Melanie appeared on the screen from Chicago. I was hoping to talk to someone in person and it was comfortable speaking with her remotely. She gave me options for unit sizes and then called me and guided me to drive to the available unit.
