Wonderful! Everything is done virtually with a live manager via Zoom, smooth, fast and easy! What I was most impressed with was the maintenance manager, Mario. I couldn't find my unit, as I am directionally impaired, and Mario happened to be on site that day. He was clearly in the middle of fixing something with tools surrounding him but he stopped to smile and he dropped what he was doing to help me find my unit. First time at the facility I had no idea where to go. I assumed the large overhead door next to glass entry doors was it. I have the Storage Genie app installed but it didn't open the door. I went into the glass doors to find some help. There are no physical people but a virtual manager. I spoke to her and she helped. The map on the tablets provided is absolutely pitiful. Abraham with their finance team was so polite, respectful and helpful person. He resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. As for who we dealt with signing up and keeping track of the payments etc. I believe that was a Michelle. Not so helpful and they raised the rent ever 6 months. Would not recommend StorSafe. Abraham was extremely helpful after StoreSafe kept billing us every we left 2 months go which there were aware of.
Had a great experience with Diego, who walked me through the renting procedure all the way up to the night that I delivered my trailer into storage. Super friendly and very thorough.
I have nothing positive to say about this place. I unfortunately rented a parking space here for roughly a year. 1. Nothing is maintained. The parking area lot is in shambles (pavement is falling apart). The gate also doesn’t open half of the time. 2. They will increase the price by about 40% after about six months of renting. They claimed this was due to “ the promotional price period ending”, none of that was explained during sign-up, nor was it explained on the website.
