I’ve rented here for years. It’s gone through 3 owners. A couple weeks ago someone broke into several units on my floor. This is after many issues with the doors sticking. I’ve had water damage twice. They constantly raise the rent. They raised it in the fall and are raising it again today. You’re going to raise the rent right after a break in, nice.
