Don't use them. They don't look after their property or your goods. My trailer was left to overgrown by trees. Had to do repairs to it after finally getting it out. Storsafe don't even respond to my messages about it.
Absolutely would discourage anyone from using this place for any and all services they provide. I was wrongly accused of breaking lease rules only to try to be pursaded into signing a fabricated lease agreement. When I refused to sign a faulty lease agreement, I was then trespassed by the owners request and locked out and denied access to my belongings. Note i had only been in the unit for less than 2 weeks. Hence all monies were and are paid in full. A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE 🤬
Lock it storage is the best around in terms of price, location, facilities and customer service. Aeron, the manager, was very helpful and kind when I needed a place to temporarily store my belongings and he always answered the phone when I had a question. I will definitely be back if I need storage again. Thanks!
Upon moving back to Florida, I contacted Aeron from Lock It Storage. Aeron went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible at this storage unit. I am so thankful I found lock it storage! It was highly recommended to me by friends and WOW! I needed storage when moving back to Brevard county and the owner (Aeron) went above and beyond to find me a great unit. And the prices can’t be beat! 10/10 experience!
