Simple! Fast! Convenient! I went to StorSafe website, picked the unit I wanted, paid, and signed paperwork! Within a couple of hrs, I received e-mail and text, confirming all of the details for my unit. JERMAINE, let me kindly let me know he was there to help, and quickly answered any questions I had. There is also a StorSafe app available which is always a plus. So far, I am very pleased with this experience.
Easy transition into a 10 x 20 unit. Very helpful staff explained terms, showed unit and provided information to consider. Firm offered a 10% military discount which is much appreciated. Storage that have room to store! Not much to review here but the fact that they increased the price about 50% in the new year is pure greed. They claim it's matching inflation, I'm sorry but my salary did not increase by 50% this year...
I am very happy with this storage facility. It is clean and well taken care of. The manager lives on site and is competent and friendly. The price is more than fair! A bonus with this particular location is that it is accessible 24/7. I am moving in from a competing storage company which I won't name, that was expensive, kept jacking up the rates mercilessly, and was run down and poorly taken care of. I am glad to have found StorSafe of Palm Shores.
