The employees are warm and welcoming. Allison is Very Knowledgeable about how to select storage units that fits your needs. I like U-Haul but I really Like this storage facility. I recommend them for you moving and storage needs.
The people are nice but they won’t tell you ahead of time that the freight elevator is down and has been for two years. The main/only load in garage door was also off the track and not functional when we arrived, and of course customer service isn’t available on Sunday to do anything. Took my moving team a lot longer to finish the job, costing way more than expected. Tour the place beforehand so you know what you’re paying for.
Alician was awesome to work with—super friendly and made everything really simple. You can tell she cares about helping people. Great experience all around!
I had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage in Pilsen! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Alicia Pitts, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. Store Manager Alician, was very helpful and professional in regard to storage needs. Plus the FACILITY IS VERY CLEAN. I think the Assistant Chris is responsible for this. Good job, guys.
