Alician was very kind on the phone with directions to the front entrance. When I arrived she was nothing but kind and smiling the whole time. She was able to find me a unit quickly at a great price in a location that worked for me. The employees are warm and welcoming. Allison is Very Knowledgeable about how to select storage units that fits your needs. I like U-Haul but I really Like this storage facility. I recommend them for you moving and storage needs.
The people are nice but they won’t tell you ahead of time that the freight elevator is down and has been for two years. The main/only load in garage door was also off the track and not functional when we arrived, and of course customer service isn’t available on Sunday to do anything. Took my moving team a lot longer to finish the job, costing way more than expected. Tour the place beforehand so you know what you’re paying for.
The experience has been generally okay with the staff. The issue is the corporation and the prices keep increasing although at the time of this writing both elevators are out of service. My unit is on the third floor. People are carrying carts up the stairs it is backed up that could be an insurance concern. The freight elevator has never worked.
