The unit was clean and accessible. I never saw any instructions on how to get through the gate. I never saw any email saying what code to use to open the gate. Fortunately, someone else came and I followed them through the gate. What code do I use to open the gate at the entrance?

A bit hard to get in touch with people. Original call was good but I lost the call back number. I recontacted via 1 800 and was supposed to get a call back from a manager to confirm the site but nobody called. It basically took my persistence by calling back over three days. Once I spoke with Penney everything was great. She handled my concerns, hand-fed me through the process and followed up. She was excellent but I was going elsewhere before she resolved everything.
