Experience was OK. The doors at this place are the cheap rollup. The first unit they gave me the door was caved in. When I moved out a month later several doors with peoples locks on it were caved in. They gave me a new unit that door wasn't caved in. When I checked out they requested I email photos and let them know when I was out. I did that, then someone called to tell me I was scheduled for move out that month. I corrected him. I've been renting a unit in Trenton for several years now and recently fell into some financial hardships. If it wasn't for Tyrone's very human and understanding disposition, I would have lost some irreplaceable items. I'll always be grateful for my experience with StoreSafe and the kindness I was shown.

I've communicated verbally and via email. The outdoor RV parking was so closely spaced I couldn't open the door unless the tenant next to me was away. I also didn't have room to open a slider unless the tenant on the other side was away. Backing into the space was difficult and time consuming. Access was either muddy or dusty. I also found this area was a kind of hangout for guys working on cars. I was disappointed with the disconnect of emailed documents which were never accurate. Potential Renters, Beware renting here . I had a storage unit here for several years. The property is at the bottom of a small hill. The driveway is gravel so gets both muddy and rutted up and full of potholes. When the new owners (Storsafe) took over , they started charging a mandatory insurance fee. One winter, the unit developed a roof leak and it destroyed a bunch of my books, pictures etc and several of the boxes got wet and fell apart. A lot of stuff was destroyed.
