I am sooooo happy and thankful for all the sweet people here at Dr Stovall office! They helped and explained all options to me! Then was able to get me right over to get my front teeth saved right then and there! Thank you all Dr Stovall and Sr Patel!!! And all you beautiful ladies that help explain, keep calm, and celebrate with me!!!! Bless you all!!!
A new lady name Katie did my cleaning today. She was very friendly and professional. I loved the way she cleaned my teeth. It was good seeing Dr. Stovall, he is always nice and friendly and always willing to answer any questions if you have them. I’m a returning patient after many years. Dr. Stovall is still just as patient, non judgmental and understanding as I remembered from before. I really appreciated the receptionist contacting me prior to my visit and she was so nice and welcoming. The insurance/billing office was also very helpful and polite as always. And I appreciate her explaining my options and giving me copies to look over before deciding.
I had a great experience! I was seen very quickly they were very professional and the work place was clean and felt so relaxing. I never once felt judged or less important than anyone one else. 5 Stars I would definitely recommend.
This is my second time coming here and I must say I felt welcomed and was treated with respect and lots of smiles and GREAT customer service. I thank God for sending me back because it looked and felt like I was amongst family and friends. They really care for you and do all they can to make you feel safe and special. I give them a Grade of A+
