We had a water leaking everywhere emergency yesterday. We called Stover's and Cori was out within 30 mins. He assured us that everything would be ok and taken care of. He walked us through what would happen and what to expect and he got to work right away. He really helped put us a little more at ease with the situation. Thanks Cori!
Our experience with Stover's and Shawn was great! He was on site soon after our initial call and had equipment up and running soon after. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous and patient in answering all of our questions - and we had a lot of them (questions) since the water was mostly in our 6yo daughter's room. Everything is now dry and we feel very confident that our daughter is sleeping in a safe environment. We would highly recommend Stover's to anyone needing the services they provide! I realized late in the afternoon of April 30 that my backup sump pump had failed when power was off the night before. Jordan and his crew were here within 90 minutes of my call and stayed till well after "quittin' time" vacuuming and setting up dehumidifiers and fans. They returned several times to check and discovered that in one particular spot the water was due to a leak in the basement wall where the water main enters the house. Our basement flooding was not a fun experience, but Stover was very helpful and very prompt with all of our questions and needs. All of the staff who came to our home were friendly and got everything fixed as quickly as was realistically possible. I hope we never have significant flooding again, but if we do, Stover's will be our first call.
