I enjoyed talking to the agent however she was stuck, making sure she had every point of her script because the AI is watching. She’s did a great job. It just makes it so hard for people to be authentic when they have to read a script. The storage shed is perfect. The price is right. The facility is clean and looks well managed and other than glitches trying to sign the documents electronically everything went great.

A Complete Scam, If you're renting a Rv/Car/Boat Storage your things will get stolen , the gate doesn't lock, there is no-one in the office at ALL and the parking spots is just raw grass. They charge you for services you don't even have with them. Customer sucks and they all say the same thing. They refused to give me my refund.

They had the best prices: monthly and specials for becoming a customer. They are also accommodating to the customer because when I got there it was some spider webs and spider which made me not want to step inside. I called and they simply gave me another unit while I was on site, impressed and greatly appreciated. Karena the rep was amazing and very understanding! I will refer others to this storage company.

I called to rent a storage and spoke with Honey. She was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I am looking forward to having my things there for the time being.
