Dr Duncan at Straight Smile Centre Norwood is fantastic. She’s very professional, explains everything clearly, and really takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable. Dr Duncan has a calm, reassuring way about her that makes a big difference. Her bedside manner is warm and genuine—you never feel rushed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their patients.

It's such a lovely place full of friendly people. Lots of kids seem to go here, but adults also. The main Ortho seems really keen on getting good outcomes for kids with early intervention.
