I can’t rate the professionalism of Shayne at Straight Smile Centre enough. Shayne is an exceptional communicator, always professional and prompt with his responses and gives great advice. I had to change my appointments around due to some personal and work commitments and Shayne was always so responsive and professional and always followed up with me. I found Laura Duncan and her team to be extremely professional during our recent visit to Straight Smile Centre Norwood for my 10 year old daughter's first orthodontic appointment. All of the relevant tests were conducted and Laura was extremely proficient and knowledgeable.
