I love my new smile! An easy process with only a few in clinic appointments. Initially my treatment plan was 9 months and I chose to do a further set (9 months) to get it absolutely perfect. I’m so glad I invested in this and wish I did it sooner. At times I felt the instructions/ purpose of each step/ appointment confusing so I needed to make the effort to seek out more info from staff (which they were happy to clarify). Happy with the experience at Valley view centre but not at the Norwood centre. The dental assistant who treated my son at Norwood was not good. I don’t want to visit there anymore.However appreciate the service at Valley view.
My son had his first visit here last week, all staff were very friendly. The dentist and his side lady were very nice and explained everything so I understood. Thankyou
