My husband and I have gotten counters, flooring and carpet from Strait Floors Port Townsend and are super happy with all of three! Excellent customer service (shout out o manager Eric Gordon especially!), friendly team in general, quick time project turnaround, high quality material, and reasonable pricing for the quality of product (we went with a middle of the road option for all 3 projects). Had to repair linoleum and wood floor from water damage. Everyone form Steve to all the guys that worked on it were professional and courteous. The results were outstanding
I just had the very best professional and kind interaction with Quinn from Strait Floors. Five stars are not enough! I've had horrible interactions with subcontractors (going on 2 years) using an easement across my property and my only way in and out. I can't tell you how many F Bombs have been tossed my way. We had Strait floors do the flooring and counter tops in 10 condo units. They did a great job. Not only was the job done on budget but it was done quickly. We planned on about 10 days and it took them about 5. Eric from the Port Townsend store was on site before after and during the project to make sure everything was going according to our specification. He did an amazing job of keeping me informed. We will definitely use Eric and Strait flooring next year when we do additional units.
The true test of quality in customer service is when things don't go exactly as planned... which happened in our case - our carpet came in, but had material faults and the installers caught the error before putting it down. We were on a tight schedule and really needed carpet put down, so the folks at Strait PT bent over backwards to make things right for us with replacement materials options and installation hussle. Now we are even happier with the final product - superior service, tested and proven!
Reasonable price, professional installers, they show up on time and do a perfect job.
My wife and I recently moved to Sequim from Thurston County. We had wood flooring put in our home and my wife loved it. She said she had to have the the same flooring in our new home. We asked our realtor, having know the area, if he knew of anyone who could do our flooring for us.
