Repair man was great! He came in and replaced our garbage disposal in under 10 minutes. I had to give Brewer and Stratton a 3 this time around because it took 7 days from reporting the problem for them to even schedule a replacement and 2 more days for the repair man to come out.
Our contact is Brylee Helm and she is amazing! She is always quick to respond, polite, and helpful! This is our first time renting through Brewer and Stratton and I would definitely recommend them/rent from them again.

I have been renting from Brewer Stratton since mid-2016 and the experience has been a positive one. Maintenance requests are promptly responded to and for a first time renter when I started this helped but my mind at ease. I originally had Matt Smith as my property manager, Kayla Addington after him, and last year the good service has continued since Elizabeth Webster took over. The service has been phenomenal and I highly recommend Brewer & Stratton.
