maybe some of the worst company i have ever dealt with. representatives cannot answer basic questions, do not return calls, and know little to no knowledge of how their system works. you will be much better off going to another company who provides this service.
The staff involved in testing was friendly and helpful. However, after paying in full prior to the testing, my (minor) son was billed an additional $866. It was incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone to discuss the bill and once I finally spoke with someone they had no explanation to offer and just insisted the bill was due. Tech that came out was great. Billing is deceptive. They don't have their own neurologists so they send all their eegs out to be read to the same company that is not in network with most major insurances. Expect a bill to the patient for hundreds of dollars. Neither the patient nor referring physician were notified of this referral nor anticipated co-pays. I wish I had had an experience that everyone who gave higher ratings for did. I had approval from my insurance company and had to call everyday to speak to someone in regards to the authorization. Each time I was told that they didn't see the authorization (never asked me for the number) but they would send to a scheduler to call me back. I never received one phone call back each time.
