I'm a new tenant so I can only speak to the leasing and move-in experiences, but so far things have been excellent. My leasing agent Alex was very responsive and reachable and made me aware of great apartment specials. During move-in and after, the super, Eddie, made everything seamless and has also been readily available. The amenities are nice, the location is convenient, and the views are beautiful.
I lived in Stratus for two years. The experience was OK. I had a wonderful view of the Hudson and the custodial staff were efficient, pleasant and hardworking. The issue I had with Stratus was the property management experience. There is no front desk in the building, which ultimately means no accountability for anything that might be amiss. Update 2/2024: We are in the process of moving for work-related reasons but the new property manager Susan has been extremely helpful and attentive in helping us resolve a very complex billing issue that arose last year (under the old property manager). Editing this old review as we are grateful for her patience and her efforts. Been living here for 2 years and the building has had its ups and downs. I'll start by saying you can't get a better view north of Manhattan, it may be an even better view than Manhattan itself. As Brooklynites for the better part of a decade it was quite a shift moving up here, but we are so happy we did. With just a 30 minute commute into Grand Central (door to door) you cannot find a more beautiful building with amenities for the cost in Westchester County.
