Grant and Tim were incredible. Best shop experience of my life! They saved our bacon and our vacation. On Saturday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend, our Motorhome lost its serpentine belt on I-5. We called a dozen shops. Most didn't answer. The rest were closing soon for the long weekend. We called Stress Free Auto and Grant answered. Don was an absolute lifesaver! He helped my husband get his car back on the road and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Work done- Front Brakes and rotors As someone who usually does their own work I am thoroughly impressed and appreciative of the work that stress free does. I was updated the entire way, sent photos of potential work to be done without any nagging to get it done, and I was given a very reasonable price when all was said and done. I might not have the nicest car but stress free treated me like a VIP. Kudos to the GM Michael, Grant and the technician Josh for providing a legit stress free experience!
I took my 2018 BMW here for some repairs which were covered by my warranty. Mike and Grant were so helpful and nice during the whole process as my warranty company is not the easiest to deal with. They were able to help me get in contact with the warranty company for the repairs that were needed, and during the duration of my car being at the shop, they were always very attentive and gave me updates as the work was being done. Honestly, paying for car maintenance and repairs is never fun, but I have nothing but great things to say about the service. I’ve gotten here on multiple occasions. Grant has been extremely helpful each time and they keep you updated, send you live pictures, explain what your car needs done and are fair and reasonable. The Lyft service is great and they work with your schedule and make taking care of your car easy. Keep up the great work!
