I absolutely love the stretch centre. With my line of work of constantly bending my back and being in an arch position for hours, the stretches they provide gives me so much relief. I look forward to my hourly session I have every two weeks. Thank you so much ☺️
As a personal trainer, I know the importance of maintaining proper range of motion. Stretching is a big part of that maintenance. I personally struggle to get into a deep stretch with certain muscle groups. I was able to have the stretch therapist target those areas, and I walked out feeling the best I've felt in a while. I highly recommend giving the stretch center a try. I will be utilizing the service again, but next time I plan to use their massage service right before the stretching.
Would definitely recommend booking an appointment with the stretch center! Mary has been so helpful with keeping me running my crazy races! I leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to run up (or down) a mountain! She’s even given me some stretches I can do at home, in between appointments.
I highly recommend the Stretch Center. I’ve had sessions with both Mary and Tom and feel so good when I’m done. I stretch, but the assisted stretching is what I feel is going to help me with flexibility and mobility. This coming from someone who has had 3 back and 3 knee surgeries. Thank you !
