Victoria here is amazing. She's super personable and knowledgeable. Before I signed up, I could barely touch my ankles. I had a goal to touch my toes, and I can finally do so thanks to Victoria. 10/10 recommend.
This was my first time visiting ANY stretch facility. Thankfully, Victoria was gentle with me ☺️. She calmly explained each exercise and was attentive to my comfort. I highly recommend Stretch Zone in Coppell. Be sure to make your appointment with Victoria, too!!!
Tyler Graham did a great job stretching my husband and I. We left feeling way better than we did coming in! We both signed up for biweekly stretches!!! Everyone should come and give this place a try!!
This is my best discovery yet. I was initially embarrassed to be at that place but Ryan made me so comfortable and did all the .. stretches slowly so that I am at Ease. After my first session, I felt great, and could feel difference. Ryan dosent put ‘pressure’ on you and Just explains all the process in detail, which is very welcoming. This is a no nonsense place, and anyone who visits here will definitely benefit. I recommend this without hesitation to anyone who is looking to get some stretches.
Really enjoyed my intro stretch with Crystal McA. Got a great stretch but maybe the best part was the vision she cast for a me without tight muscles in 3-6 months! She's is very knowledgeable about anatomy and a great educator. Highly recommend!
