This was my first time visiting ANY stretch facility. Thankfully, Victoria was gentle with me ☺️. She calmly explained each exercise and was attentive to my comfort. I highly recommend Stretch Zone in Coppell. Be sure to make your appointment with Victoria, too!!!
This is my best discovery yet. I was initially embarrassed to be at that place but Ryan made me so comfortable and did all the .. stretches slowly so that I am at Ease. After my first session, I felt great, and could feel difference. Ryan dosent put ‘pressure’ on you and Just explains all the process in detail, which is very welcoming. This is a no nonsense place, and anyone who visits here will definitely benefit. I recommend this without hesitation to anyone who is looking to get some stretches.
Tyler Graham did a great job stretching my husband and I. We left feeling way better than we did coming in! We both signed up for biweekly stretches!!! Everyone should come and give this place a try!!
Ryan was absolutely great! He was very informative and helped me understand the different muscles in my body. The stretch helped my sciatic discomfort.
Robert provided me a great first time stretch experience. He helped me identify areas that needed focus. He was attentive, and listened well.
