The staff were super kind and friendly and I have nothing bad to say about that. I received an oil change and had a little bit of oil leaking that evening. We thought nothing of it and would just keep an eye on it and now 4 days later and it is still leaking. This should never be an issue with an oil change. I do not recommend trusting your car with service here. If they cannot complete an oil change successfully I wouldn’t trust them with bigger services. Let me tell you... The ease of this experience literally left me in tears. As I started to pull in, I was immediately and kindly greeted with a complimentary bottle of water. I was then led through the service area where I was, yet again, greeted by the professional and friendly staff. They walked me through everything they were going to do and what to expect. I have had Strickland Bros do my oil change and now my inspection for registration. Both times they provided fast and friendly service! I love that they give discounts for not only military but also first responders! Thanks you! I will be back 😀
Went in for an oil change and state inspection. Service was exceptionally quick and professional. Offered bottled water upon arrival. They even brought me my cabin air filter to inspect when offering a replacement. Never felt pressured on upcharges or the state of the filter. 10 out of 10 will return for any service needed. I also like that they provide an above average military discount. I know that doesn't apply to everyone but it is highly respected!
I had to come back and edit my review. My truck has been leaking oil really bad since my last oil change. I took it to the Chevrolet dealership they asked " who changed your oil last" I said "Strickland Brothers". They go on to tell me the oil filter could be loosened with their hand and the drain plug was stripped through the threads and that It was leaking oil out of both places.
