Strickland Heating and Air came and checked out my AC issue this morning and Robby was AMAZING! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. He has great troubleshooting skills and resolved multiple issues that we didn’t know we had! Absolutely will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends. Not to mention the office personnel was helpful, diligent, and thorough. Great working with them!
Strickland made it easy to schedule an appointment and kept me updated when the technician was on the way. When our technician Robby arrived, he did an excellent job of thoroughly inspecting our system and explaining things every step of the way. I felt much better about the state of our system after Robby left because he pointed out what was working well and what could potentially pose an issue in the future. The ability to book an appointment online, the communications via text, presentation of different solution, cleanliness when performing work, equipment vehicle clearly marked, and timeliness Rafael was very professional and helpful. Right on time both times.
I’ve used Strickland for a year now via their semi-annual A/C check-up agreement and like dealing with them so far. They reached out and scheduled both Summer and Winter check-ups promptly. Their Technician Robby Dollar serviced our AC both times and was always on time & courteous. He made suggestions that could improve our system while not pressuring or trying to sell unnecessary products so I decided to sign up for another year.
I was having an issue with a smell coming from a/c vents when I used the heater. I came across strickland heating and air and set up an appt for someone to come check my hvac system today. Robby Dollar came out in a timely matter and on short notice. I told him my issue and he got to work inspecting the hvac unit. He discovered the cause of the smell was coming from the electrical disconnect box. Some wires had burned and it needed to be replaced.
