Have been a long time strickland customer. I used to admire their honest service calls and have recomended them to several family members and neighbors over the years. As members, we would get semi-annual service check ups, the last one being in May of 2025. In December of 2025, we noticed our ceiling right below our unit began to leak. We called strickland as this was a HVAC related leak coming out of the drip pan they installed a few years prior. Strickland Heating and Air came and checked out my AC issue this morning and Robby was AMAZING! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. He has great troubleshooting skills and resolved multiple issues that we didn’t know we had! Absolutely will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends. Not to mention the office personnel was helpful, diligent, and thorough. Great working with them!
Great experience with Strickland Heating and Air! Scheduling was easy, I was alerted when the technician was on his way, and the service was excellent. Rafael was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, got our system up and running quickly, and shared recommendations to address concerns he saw as well. Highly recommend!
