I highly recommend Strickland! Customer service was outstanding! Britany was so friendly when I set up my appointment to service my AC and my technician, Robbie, was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was going to inspect and explained how I could improve the efficiency of my AC without pressuring me to upgrade. I definitely have made Strickland and Robbie my go to for heating and air. Plus their price is very reasonable!
Rafael did a good job charging my mini split up to the correct level. I was a little caught off guard because I was originally quoted $65 for the service call and then $95 per pound of R410A over the phone when scheduling the appointment. In person, I was informed of a different pricing structure for “Levels” that depend off how empty your system is. The lowest level is the one I was told I needed and it was almost $300.
