Robby was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable very polite. He made getting my air conditioning service a pleasure he was always willing to tell me what he was doing and explain why he was doing it and what it would require to fix the AC. I have been using Strickland for a few years as we have some older a/c units in our home. Most companies just tell you a price and a brief description of work to be done but not a clear reason why. Robby took the time to explain what was going on with the system in detail, what needed repaired, and what would help it last longer. Thanks for the quick service.
