I highly recommend Strickland! Customer service was outstanding! Britany was so friendly when I set up my appointment to service my AC and my technician, Robbie, was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was going to inspect and explained how I could improve the efficiency of my AC without pressuring me to upgrade. I definitely have made Strickland and Robbie my go to for heating and air. Plus their price is very reasonable!
Our AC stopped working and we had someone at our house in less than an hour! Robby was polite, professional, and thorough. He did a great job explaining the technical issues and made honest recommendations without any sales pressure. Very satisfied!
I can't say enough about how professional, courteous, timely, and helpful Strickland Heating and Cooling is!! Jeremy, was super communicative throughout our whole installation process. Stricland Heating and Air sent Rafael to my house to service my air conditioner. I was immediately impressed with his courtesy and kindness. After he inspected my AC system, he came back in the house to explain what he had found, and he also explained my options. He had taken pictures of non functional parts. Rafael really knows his business. I enjoyed working with him very much.
