I can't say enough about how professional, courteous, timely, and helpful Strickland Heating and Cooling is!! Jeremy, was super communicative throughout our whole installation process. He provided his expertise on how to run our new heat pump unit, thermostat placement, and vent position. The difference in the air quality was felt instantly, as soon as the unit kicked on. Highly recommend Strickland Heating and Air. They were able to get someone out same day, and fix the issues we were having. My technician was Robby Dollar, and I could not have been more satisfied by the service he provided. Showed up exactly on time, was able to help solve my problem along with some preventative maintenance to ensure we don’t have issues during the summer. Robby was extremely friendly and did a great job communicating his recommendations and providing me with options.
