Strickland Heating and Air came and checked out my AC issue this morning and Robby was AMAZING! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. He has great troubleshooting skills and resolved multiple issues that we didn’t know we had! Absolutely will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends. Not to mention the office personnel was helpful, diligent, and thorough. Great working with them!
Strickland made it easy to schedule an appointment and kept me updated when the technician was on the way. When our technician Robby arrived, he did an excellent job of thoroughly inspecting our system and explaining things every step of the way. I felt much better about the state of our system after Robby left because he pointed out what was working well and what could potentially pose an issue in the future. Robby was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable very polite. He made getting my air conditioning service a pleasure he was always willing to tell me what he was doing and explain why he was doing it and what it would require to fix the AC. The ability to book an appointment online, the communications via text, presentation of different solution, cleanliness when performing work, equipment vehicle clearly marked, and timeliness Rafael was very professional and helpful. Right on time both times.
