Switched to this pharmacy due to my other compound pharmacy not having Tirzepatide. Was on the highest dose and was still having a lot of hunger. I’ve been taking weight loss injections for a while and this should not have been. Questioned whether or not the dosage was correct. Also had an incident where my vile on my 4th dose was only half. I have been on compounded tirzepatide for over a year. The doctor I order from has a wide variety of pharmacies she orders through and the one I had been using consistently recently came off her list so I switched to Striker. Got my first order from them and was impressed that it arrived in a few days, which was great. Drew out my first three shots and the last one was short by over 25 units. I’ve been using this pharmacy 3 months- they never know what my dosage is supposed to be even if I call ahead of time to confirm. I show up and there’s still confusion.And they shorted me about 40 units on my last refill.
