Strive Pharmacy had been quick and easy for my wife and I to use. We originally started using them after my wife had a reaction to meds from another pharmacy and she needed to get it compounded instead. They even told her some stuff about her prescription the other pharmacy didnt mention.
After six months of using Strive, I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience. From the outset, their pharmacists have consistently demonstrated remarkable friendliness and professionalism. They CANNOT accommodate orders in a timely manner. I had 2 vials that leaked. I'm completely out of my medication and a) it took 3 tries for them to even get my RX, which my doctor faxed over 3x and b) they won't extradite my prescription (even though I'm an existing customer) AND am completely OUT of my medication. My doctor's office even contacted them without resolution!

******** customer service. I removed all my prescriptions from them and they continue to try and autofill them every 3 months. I have called and left messages and also gone in person to leave notes on my account that I do not want anything filled by them but I keep getting texts. I left their pharmacy for good reason and moved to another but they continue to try and fill old prescriptions without my authorization. I have written 3 reviews on Yelp as well. I would give them no stars if I could. They have messed up my prescription 3 times now. Latest was they charged my credit card 10/25 for my refill and on 11/7 I called to find why I hadnt received it. *** said it was being shipped that day- (I was leaving town early 11/10) I verified the under tongue pill was grape flavored and she confirmed, I was adamant I needed that flavor.
